Gino Colucci

Gino Colucci is the founder of G. Colucci and Sons family business and today stills owns his own company; Primola Construction Ltd. Gino has over 50 years experience and is regarded as a very well respected in the construction business. Gino demands quality and his motto is “If it is not acceptable to me, then it is not acceptable to my customer.” Gino began G. Colucci and Sons Ltd. so that one day his passion and success would continue on with his son Paul and son in-law George overseeing the business. Today they continue to deliver the very fundamentals and quality that Gino started with. Gino is now presently semi- retired but still runs some projects with Primola Construction.

Paul Colucci, President has been in construction for over 30 years and oversees various projects throughout the year. Paul pays particular attention to job scheduling in order to complete the work in a timely manner and updating clients with respect to the ongoing progress of their projects. Paul believes in only using qualified professionals to complete the project in a good and workmanlike manner and demands quality workmanship from each trade used. His daily on-site presence allows for continuous communication with the trades and homeowners and results in the successful completion of all projects. In addition, Paul manages Primola Construction Ltd., together with Gino Colucci, and is involved with its day-to-day operation.
George DiGirolamo

George DiGirolamo, Vice President, graduated from Humber College of Applied Arts and Technology in 1975. Upon graduation George obtained a position within the design department of a medium size construction company. While working with the same firm George progressed into the roles of Chief Estimator and Project Manager.
George was invited to join the Colucci family business and now maintains the same duties as with his previous employer. George has become a member of the Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario and of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists. As with Paul, George’s on-site presence allows for continuous communication with the trades and homeowners and results in the successful completion of all projects.
